We are happy to facilitate warranty replacements for the U.S., Canada, and other countries worldwide. For all international inquiries, please contact info@loveamika.com for separate instructions.

amika tools purchased from unauthorized retailers are not covered under warranty. To verify an authorized retailer please email info@loveamika.com.

All warranty returns must include a proof of purchase AND DEFECTIVE TOOL.

Once all required claim information is received, replacements are processed between 1-7 business days. Please allow additional time for your package to be delivered.


Should your original tool/ design print be no longer available, we will send you the latest tool design of equal value.

You will be charged a fee to cover shipping and handling of your replacement tool.

Please follow the below instructions to start your warranty claim process. Once your information has been submitted, someone from our amika customer service team will reach out to you to proceed. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing. No replacement parts or repairs are ever provided under warranty, only brand new styling tools for you to enjoy. Warranty does not cover lost, stolen, altered, or misused items.

  • Please upload a JPG or PNG file of your receipt. Max file size allowed is 25MB.

  • Quality Control: Styling Tool Batch/ Date Code
    We'd like to do everything we can to ensure any consistent malfunctions of a given styling tool model is brought to the attention of our Quality Control Team for further insight and review.

    Please upload a photo of the batch number for your styling tool -- examples of where you may find your styling tool's batch number are provided below:

    You will be charged a shipping and handling fee for your replacement tool before your warranty order can be processed.

    $30 USD in Canada
    $35 USD (€30 EUR) within Europe

    If you no longer have the tool in your possession, the claim will not be completed. Do not dispose of the tool.
